Release of liability / agreement not to sue for paintball activities / entrance at your own risk

I AM AWARE THAT A PAINTBALL GAME INCLUDES CERTAIN RISKS, THESE ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THOSE RISKS AND DANGERS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THE PHYSICAL FITNESS REQUIRED TO UNDERTAKE PAINTBALL ACTIVITIES AND MY ABILITY TO DO SO.

I fully understand that:
1) The game is physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play.
2) THE GAME CAN BE DANGEROUS IF NOT PLAYED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATED RULES, which i understand.
3) The possibility of injury to myself and others exists.
4) The surface of the area is uneven, and may contain hazards associated with a woodland environment.
5) I need to be aged 15+ to play on Paintball Arena Cheb Events.

I confirm and agree that: i fully understand and accept that i will at all time, outside the designated safe area, wear approved paintball goggles. I have inspected them and they are in satisfactory condition.

An air system for the charging of compressed air bottles is available on site. I understand that it is my responsibility (or my parent/guardian) to ensure that my bottle and ancillaries complies with all relevant CZ/EU legislation. I also confirm that i will not attempt to fill a bottle that is out of test date, is not approved for use in CZ/EU, has been modified in any way or has been fitted with parrts not recommended by bottle or regulators manufacturer. I understand that i must not attempt to fill my own bottle if i have not had professional instruction in the correct way to fill an air bottle. If i am under 16 years of age, i confirm that i am not allowed (under no circumstances) to fill my own air bottle.

I fully understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my paintball gun meets all CZ/EU legislation for paintball guns and that it is set to shoot paintballs at or no greater then 300 FPS.
A barrel bung device will be correctly fitted to my marker at all times outside the playing area.

If i have any questions regarding the above information, i will seek advice from the event organizers.

By signing the indicated above, im agreeing to abide by the rules of the event. With the purchase of a ticket I agree with the terms above, i also agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Paintball Arena Cheb, its employees, agents and contractors for any claim the minor could bring. I agree to be solely responsible for any medical or legal expenses incurred by the minor.

Ticket purchase

1) The customer can buy tickets for SCENARIO PAINTBALL GAME D-DAY 2015 through the Internet and pay by PayPal.
2) The following kind of tickets can be bought:
a) BYO ticket (entrance ticket)
b) BYO ticket including smoke grenades (entrance ticket with one big and one small smoke grenade)
c) RENTAL ticket (including entrance ticket, rental equipment – paintball marker, thermal mask, gloves, overall, 2000 balls)
After selecting tickets for the event, the customer is obliged to fill in the displayed electronic form and enter all required information’s. With completion of the steps above, the total purchase price will be displayed and the payment via PayPal has to be accomplished as the final step. The purchase price is the price for the currently ordered tickets and also the final price, including fee's and any discounts provided. After the payment is completed the customer will receive the ticket within 48 hours. The ticket must be printed and brought with you to the registration on the event. Not bringing the printed ticket may result with exclusion from the event area.

Ticket orders are binding and due to potential abuse, purchased tickets can not be exchanged or returned. After payment, the ticket purchase, the number of tickets or the ticket category can not be canceled or changed.

From the act stated in §1837, letter j) of the Civil Code the customer can not resign from the purchase of the ticket, even if bought online. The contract purpose is for leisure and the ticket authorization will be provided within the specified time.

Unauthorized modification of the ticket will make it void. Falsification is a crime. Paintball Arena Cheb reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are valid at the ticket purchase date.

With the purchase of a ticket I fully agree with all the terms and conditions.
